Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Product and GTM leadership to define the app priorities and sales strategy for Large Customer Sales (LCS) across Southeast Asia
  • Identify key opportunities to innovate based on needs in the field, influencing product strategy accordingly
  • Set the Apps product and revenue ambition for the organization in Southeast Asia
  • Run the product-to-market and market-to-product feedback loop to ensure the team meets the revenue and customer goals
  • Be an integral player within the LCS organization, leading discussions with customer stakeholders to drive apps business growth
  • Launch scalable activation programs in the market to drive product adoption
  • Drive beta tests with emerging products, and recommend ways to test, launch, and learn
  • Equip sales teams with training, case studies, and insights to drive business growth
  • Build a high-performing, various team that drives exceptional results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles
  • Experience with people management, leading, and developing a sales team
  • Experience working with App ads or performance advertisers
  • Understanding of Google's products and services
  • Ability to lead and drive complex operational and strategic initiatives involving cross-functional teams, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and executive level influencing
  • Track record of success in sales or account management
  • Ability to lead and drive cross-functional teams
